Managing Agents

  • Working with our partner insurance brokers to keep costs more affordable and transparent with no additional commissions being added.

  • Regular site inspections.

  • Issuing yearly service charge invoices with a monthly payment option available (details on request). Six monthly statements issued in January and July.

  • Regular contact and meetings with site Directors

  • Assisting in the arrangement of Annual General Meetings where residents have the opportunity to discuss any issues and make decisions on how each site is managed.

Right to Manage

The process of executing the Right to Manage can be daunting. MMR Property Management can help by examining how your property is currently being managed, explaining what options you have, evaluating if your current service charges are value for money and guide you through the process of taking back control of how your property is run.

If you already live in a property where the Right to Manage has been executed you may be looking to make changes to your current managing agent. MMR Property Management can assist in this too. In most cases the reason for wanting to change can be service charges levels and quality of service. An agent from MMR Property Management will gather as much information from you as possible, produce documents showing what changes can be made and assist in the process of contracting with us to manage your property.
